Hi, I'm Benjamin — the owner and technician behind Waynesville Computer Services. I've been working on computers for about six years, and it's been a passion of mine the whole time. I'm comfortable with Windows, Mac, and Linux, and I've spent most of those years working hands-on with desktops and laptops — building, upgrading, troubleshooting, and rebuilding them from the ground up.

What I'm proudest of is troubleshooting. When something's wrong, I don't stop at the symptom — I track down the real cause and fix it right. Turning that into my own business just made sense: it's the work I'd be doing anyway.

Before starting this business, I also picked up real-world problem-solving experience working on local farms and in retail, and I bring that same practical, no-nonsense approach to every repair.

When you drop off your device, you're working directly with me — not a call center, not a rotating staff. I treat every repair like it's my own machine.
